  • Initial Consultation:  We personally meet with you. Our no-obligation complimentary consultation is meant to educate, guide and access your needs and desires as well your estates items. From there, a strategy and process will be created specifically for your needs. Our personalized services save you time and stress.

  • Items: From a single piece of jewelry to a full art collection or a bedroom set to the whole estate, our goal is the best return financially on your items with the fair market value of each. Your estate items are cared for, sorted, staged for the best presentation, and priced/appraised.  Our company understands the valuation process and research, and that the current market value is important. We also have the abilities and collaborative relationships for accessing values of those extra special items, unique pieces, collections, and collectibles.

  • Preparation and Sale:  We do organized preparation of your estate sale in order to have a strategically run event. Again, we do it all in addition to guiding the buyers with courtesy and assistance during the sale.

  • Advertising:  We utilize the top marketing strategies and technologies, professional video and photography, social media, and niche sites as well as a full range of media, email lists and company signage.

  • Additional Services:  We'll arrange additional assistance from our team or associates if you need movers, packers, re-design a room, have cleaning services, trash removal, landscaping, mortgage needs, etc.
